Cuesta Del Sol is a retirement focused community situated close to the center of the city of David

This gated, friendly community boasts two swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and ample, secure parking.

Cuesta del Sol Phase 2 is comprised of 21 units and is mainly inhabited by North American expats. The focus of the community is of the older generation, with most owners/residents either at or close to retirement age. With this in mind, the community is quiet, friendly and respectful. Ensuring your stay will be a pleasant one.

There is a good sized supermarket a short walk away. Renters are provided with automatic gate openers to the parking lot, where each parking space is under roof.

The pools are cleaned regularly and the gardens are attended to by a full time gardener. There is also a reserve water tank for the site. All the units are furnished, have hot water and air conditioning.

Chiriqui's main city, David is the main hub of western Panama. It is served by an international airport, and a major bus terminal with connections throughout central america.

The city has a number of shopping centers and malls, soon to be joined by a huge new 400 store federal mall. The city is served by two cinemas that both show movies in both English and in Spanish. There are also countless bars, restaurants and casinos around the city.

There are 3 major private hospitals within David that are regularly used by the large north american expat community in Chiriqui.

David is also a great base to explore western Panama from. It is in a central location to the mountain communities of Volcan and Boquete, and to the beaches of chiriqui such as the popular Las Lajas. Sport fishing is nearby in the gulf of Chiriqui, with trips from nearby Pedregal or Boca Chica. A bus can also be caught from David to visit the caribean side of Panama, namely Bocas del Toro.

David is experiencing a large boom in investment at this time. New baseball and soccer stadiums have been built within the city. There has been an explosion in both residential and commercial construction in recent years. Expect David to reach the next level with construction of the new bullet train from Panama City.
